"I have had State Farm for many years! It helped me during my house flooding and guided me on the process. The staff is always willing to help and return phone calls in a quick manner. "Recently switched to Dave after being with USAA for almost 15 years. It’s great to know I have someone to help get the best coverage for my family at fantastic rates. Dave is responsive, even answering questions via text in the evenings when we have random questions pop up. We’re getting top-notch levels of service whereas before, we dialed a 800 number and just hoped someone helpful would pick up. His recommendations have been spot on in my rates have dropped about $200/mo for better coverage. I highly recommend Dave and his team at Canale State Farm."

"We have used Dave Canale's Statefarm office now for more than 3 years. Besides being close to our home and easy to get In-touch with, he offers great pricing on teenage drivers, more coverage for less money and is always willing to answer my ridiculous questions. Working with Dave has been a very easy experience. Despite being an intense rowdy youth basketball coach, Dave carries a much calmer demeanor moonlighting as a risk advisor. We appreciate him and all his staff more than they know."

"I preciate it for real I had the general for my 2006 LIABILITY was 200 a month glad something told me too shop around now I pay 370 full coverage for my 03 06 and 08 don’t even wanna know what the general told me I'll be referring everyone who ask me bout insurance too look into State Farm preciate it again"

"I've had only positive experiences with State Farm over the years, however the staff at David Canale's office take customer service to a level I've never before experienced - perfection. "It was a pleasure working with Marco Say. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he was offering me. He took the time and fully explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. "Marco helped me find a full-coverage auto insurance policy. He was the first person to quote me when I was shopping around. What I appreciated was the transparency with respect to pricing. He promised me that his quote would be the lowest.. of course I did some more shopping, but I still ended up signing with him. He did in fact give me the best deal.. no games played, just straight to the point. Awesome service!"

"David is fine but if you ever have to use the company he represents good luck with that. A tree fell on our garage during hurricane Beryl and three months later State Farm is still dragging out the payment process. They take weeks to call you back if they ever call you back at all. There is no one you can talk to to actually get answers about your claim, any time you ask for any sort of concrete answers they just tell you that someone else is responsible for approving things. I have pleaded with every State Farm employee I can get a hold of for months and while they always act very nice, there is never any action taken to actually help me. I just want my house back the way it was but State Farm does not care."

"David has been our insurnace agent for a while now. The level of customer service that you can expect to receive is priceless. I can literally text and I’ll get a response. Even have done on weekends and still have gotten a response. Insurance is insurnace, but I want to trust my agent is transparent, can explain and will direct me down the best path. David and his team does that for me. I don’t believe anyone would regret making the decision to switch to David as their agent. I didn’t."

"I have been so incredibly pleased with Dave and his team since day 1. I highly recommmed them.
